風淋室使用規(guī)范(中英對照)

風淋室的相關(guān)使用規(guī)范在網(wǎng)上找會有幾種不同的版本，其實這些使用規(guī)范都是使用用戶根據(jù)自身要求來定制的，靈潔風淋室專家整理的這個版本風淋室使用規(guī)范是某電子廠自己整理的一套管理規(guī)范，適合大部分風淋室用戶，僅供參考。

2. 目的 Purpose：

保證風淋室正確、安全的使用，確保其使用壽命。

2. 范圍 Scope：

生產(chǎn)廠房無塵車間。

Clean room of company.

3. 職責 Responsibility：

所有進出風淋室的人員。

Air Shower in and out of all the staff.

4. 操作程序 Operating Procedures：

4.1 進入無塵車間時使用風淋室操作方法：

Into the use of clean room operation of Air Shower

1 ○ 人員由非潔凈區(qū)走到風淋室外門

Staff from non-clean up areas into the door Air Shower.

2 ○ 打開外門，進入風淋室后隨后關(guān)閉外門

Open the outer door, entered the Air Shower after the subsequent closure of the outer door.

3 ○ 按語音提示經(jīng)過紅外感應器感應區(qū)

雙門自動上鎖，風淋室風機起動開始吹淋

4 ○ 按設定的時間吹淋完后，按語音提示打

開內(nèi)門進入潔凈室

Time set by the wind after the shower, according to the voice inside to open the door into the clean room.

4.2 注意事項 Notes

4.2.1 進入風淋室前需看清里面是否有人（風淋系統(tǒng)工作時，不能用力使勁去推拉門，更不能強 制性地將門打開，否則電鎖會被損壞）。

We need to see whether there have people before entering Air Shower(shower system, can not be forced to push and pull the door hard, but not mandatory open the door, or electric lock will be damaged)

4.2.2 進出門時不要用手推玻璃，以免玻璃破碎后傷人。

Do not push the glass door when you go out/into the air shower, so as to avoid the injury after broken glass

4.2.3 進入風淋室后需先將門關(guān)好后再站在感應區(qū)內(nèi)，尤其是多人一起進入的時候，關(guān)好門后再 去感應并啟動風淋。
