有隔板高效過濾器

Pleat HEPA filter

用途：

空調(diào)過濾系統(tǒng)末端過濾，捕集0.5µｍ以上的微粒

適用用于醫(yī)院、電子、食品、精密機(jī)械、半導(dǎo)體等需要高潔凈度的場合過濾。

特性：

1、  波紋形鋁箔隔板或紙隔板可以精確地保持褶層間距.在小阻力下，限度地利用濾料.鋁箔厚度0.03mm，波紋高度4mm，可以充分保障過濾材料的面積及過濾器的質(zhì)量。

2、  濾料用超細(xì)玻璃纖維制成的高密度紙，濾料褶層以盡量擴(kuò)大濾料的有效過濾面積，從而降低濾料的濾速，這對高效過濾器是相當(dāng)重要的

3、  激光逐臺測試，耐溫80℃，阻力低，效率高，使用壽命長

Speciality:

l         Waveness aluminium foil pleat or the paper pleat can make use of the filtration material completely. The thickness of the aluminum foil is 0.03 mm, the height of the waveness is 4mm, which make sure of the filtration area and the quality of the filter.

l         The filtration material is the high density paper which is made from super fine fibreglass. Pleat the filtration paper ( made from the fiberglass) in order to enlarge the filtration area as large as possible and to slowdown the filtration speed. It is very important for the HEPA filter.
